The Problem
The Problem
The current website suffers from a failure in responsive design, leading to a fragmented and non-functional user experience across mobile and tablet devices. Specifically, the layout lacks a proper liquid grid, causing severe content overlap where the login interface obscures background imagery, and poor information hierarchy as key UI elements scale inconsistently. These scaling issues result in cluttered interfaces, compromised readability, and a loss of visual focus, ultimately rendering the dashboard difficult to navigate on anything other than a standard desktop monitor.

Let's fix the colors first !
The color palette for the CM Dashboard has been transition from a high-saturation, dated yellow to a professional, trust-oriented scheme centered on a primary corporate blue (#2563EB).

Coming to the Responsiveness now...
The redesigned CM Dashboard utilizes a fluid grid system and flexible layouts to ensure the interface adapts seamlessly like "water filling a container" across all screen resolutions. Through adaptive reflowing, the design intelligently shifts from a multi-column desktop view to a prioritized vertical stack on mobile, eliminating content overlap. This approach relies on component modularity, where elements act as scalable tokens that maintain cross-device consistency while dynamically adjusting their size and position.

User Goals vs. Stakeholder Needs
The mobile solution offers two layout variations to balance UX best practices with potential stakeholder requirements. While placing the login first is the primary recommendation to reduce friction for returning users, an alternative portrait-first layout is provided to accommodate requirements emphasizing political branding and leadership visibility. This dual-option approach demonstrates A/B testing readiness and ensures that the system's fluid logic can adapt to specific managerial feedback without compromising the underlying structural integrity.
